The plan was to spend one night there. When we got inside our room immediately we noticed how run down the kitchen part was. It didnt matter to us because we weren't planning to use it anyways. As we were in the room we started to look around and noticed how the ceilings were dirty and around the window. My husband went to use the bathroom and when he was done, he noticed the floor was a little wet. We thought maybe the room had just been cleaned before we got in so didnt think nothing of it. After each of our family used the restroom we continued to notice the floor wet. Then realized the water was coming from under the floor. We were in a hurry to get ready for an event so didnt have time to call the front desk to complain as soon as we checked in. As we left for our event we decided we were very disappointed and didnt want to stay there anymore. When asked for a refund and they refused. I would never stay with them again and would not recommend.

The hotel was dirty.very dirty. This is the worst Expedia affiliated property that I am staying in. The only good thing amity this property was the staff. They were good and attended to me professionally and apologized for my concerns and unhappiness.

You get what you pay for. First our room has a strong foul stinky odor from Pets. All furniture was chewed on. Cushion from couch missing and bed lights and tv didnt work. And a neighbor kept blasting the entire vibratingninto our room. Best part, was checkingnoit and leaving. But theres a Starbucks across the street if you can get pass the homeless encampment
