I arrived to the hotel and headed to the room while taking a shower the knob for hot water was leaking so bad and the shower head was really rough on the body. The tv kept pausing and unpausing out of no where. We were offered to switch rooms but decided not to take the offer due to arriving after a 33 hour drive. No one really wanted to move after being so tired. The next day the toilet wouldn’t even flush so I went to the front desk and they decided to switch my room and said they would compensate 50% off my first night and upgraded my room which I didnt ask for that and I never got my 50% off. The breakfast was limited and everyday the same thing was being served. The hotel itself is terrible and never will be staying here again. If you book a room at this hotel you’ll definitely regret it.

Interior was clean and bedding was nice quality and comfortable. Water got hot quickly. Breakfast was free, although we didn’t partake. Price was reasonable and near downtown location. These were the plusses. The minuses were that the room was dark. A dark purple wall and no overhead lighting. The ironing board was broken. The Netflix app on the tv gave only error messages and a call to the front desk

The bad: The rooms are accessible from the outside, which is a safety concern. Homeless in the parking lot right next to the check in. People yelling all night. Room smelled like urine, dirty tub and towel. Broken washer. Did not sleep very well and only stayed because I was so tired after my long drive. Got out as soon as I could. The good: I didn’t die and I didn’t get robbed. free breakfast, and friendly staff. The summary: if you’re absolutely on a budget I’d sleep in the car. Not worth the risk and you can eat breakfast anywhere.
