The room was rundown, outdated with a terrible little couch and table, Capet was in very bad condition. I would not recommend staying here nor would I book here again . On a positive note the lady at concierge was lovely, very nice meet and great. Pity the room was so bad.

Parking in the area was scarce and the hotel car park was full, the fantastic reception lady created a space in the hotel driveway that is normally a tow away area, great service !

Unfortunately I have more negatives than positives… I’ll start with the positives though. Positives… Pool was great! Service from the staff was good and the location was spot on. Negatives… Needs an upgrade. Carpet coming up all around the edges, bench all swelled and starting to peel off. Everything in the room very old and needs to be replaced. Beds were ok but the pillows were as hard as a rock! Minimal car parking available at the hotel, had to park 2 blocks down to get a car park on the side of the street.

Security guy decided to let himself into our room during the night whilst we were in bed to reset the neighbouring apartments trip switch. Very intrusive and exceptionally inappropriate. Very unsafe practice felt absolutely violated

The lack of clean bathroom and parking was the worst. The rolled bed springs hurt my back. My kids couldn't have cool air because they would get asthma whenever we used the AC.

Horrible room with countless stains, damaged fixtures/ appliances, damp carpet, and mouldy shower. Even the room number was taped onto the door. Please be aware that it is almost impossible to get a car park at this hotel, we ended up having to spend $45 during our stay to park elsewhere.

We had issues with this property from the start with no feasible place to sleep a child given the bed has a zipper in the middle and no fold out. As we waited for the one hour for the manager to get back to us, we looked around and saw how disgusting this apartment is. I took lots of photos but they can't be posted here, but im certain that any person thinking about this place would be turned off. I was able to write the word disgusting on top of the fridge as the dust was so thick. The carpet was manky under foot and felt gross. The walls and doors were marked and could easily be cleaned. The dividing wooden curtains were thick with dust. The noise from the water flushing from the properties upstairs and around was immense and would wake you at night along with the pub next door which was packed and so noisy. Dont stay here. We didnt. In fact, we drove 3 hours to get home rather than stay in this dump. No refund forthcoming.

Unfortunately not the most hygienic place to stay. Issues to note; - limited car parking on site, had to park offsite. - rubbish left in beside draws from previous - holes cut and left in closet space - filthy mattresses and bedding - mould in the shower - minimal external grounds maintenance

The property was very disgustingly dirty. We went to get into one of the single beds and noted that it the mattress was wet when I called the hotel manager and said that I was not very happy and that I wanted to be moved. She said they couldn’t that she could offer me a rollout bed I said that was not good enough. She then told me to “get out” if I didn’t like it which was rude at 9 o’clock at night with a child And other guests. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone

We liked it because it was at the end of the hall way, and it was a self contained. But there was Cockroaches , big and small running around the rooms and we had ichy body for those days we stayed from the couch and bed.. We left the place cleaner to how we meet it. I will advise / suggest that the management to provide more laundry detergent ,body lotion , and a better kitchen soap.. Remember giving feedback is to enhanced improvement and services of any business either Government, Individuals or personal. Thank you. Have a nice day.
