The room was rundown, outdated with a terrible little couch and table, Capet was in very bad condition. I would not recommend staying here nor would I book here again . On a positive note the lady at concierge was lovely, very nice meet and great. Pity the room was so bad.

We liked it because it was at the end of the hall way, and it was a self contained. But there was Cockroaches , big and small running around the rooms and we had ichy body for those days we stayed from the couch and bed.. We left the place cleaner to how we meet it. I will advise / suggest that the management to provide more laundry detergent ,body lotion , and a better kitchen soap.. Remember giving feedback is to enhanced improvement and services of any business either Government, Individuals or personal. Thank you. Have a nice day.

Building is old but well kept. Still use actual keys for apt entry and also have multiple fobs for parking, building, and elevators. Not much parking available but if you do get parking, it is free. The apartment was decent but really outdated.

The property is outdated, room amenities are from the 70’s booked for 5 people got 2 blankets which were disgusting they were from the 80’s, they were thin one of the blankets looked like it hadn’t been used in years, cleanliness is not even sub par the smell in the bathroom is because they use the same dirty mop that smells like dirty socks, never stay here again

We stayed here for my 30th birthday. Lovely balcony views of the city and water. Everything was walkable, pacific fair was just a 5 minute walk with lots of dining options around. Pool and spa were so nice to relax in. Limited secured parking underground or park on the street. Hotel was very clean and safe, room was air conditioned with a fridge, stove and oven, and had a kettle and toaster. Wifi was free and the tv connects to your phone. Staff were helpful and polite. Would definitely stay again!
