Compare Hotels with Parking in Hialeah Gardens

Good hotel for the price and location. I commend the staff as this was an extremely busy time as flights were cancelled due to weather in the north and the TSA issues. The staff had a lot of patience with demanding guests and I commend them for being so patient and accommodating. They did the best they could under difficult situations.

Our room was off the restaurant. Two women were fighting outside, and they were threatening to shoot each other.

I booked for five nights with children and was put on a side of the building that was basically inside of a construction site. The noise was unbearable. I asked to be moved for any portion of my booking. First I was told there was nothing available. Then I was told I could be accommodated. Then I was told that I could not be accommodation. I was asked to leave and check out and I would be refunded my last two nights. I did what I was told and then when Expedia tried to negotiate my refund, management at the hotel ignored them and Expedia gave up trying to help me. I am disappointed with both the hotel and Expedia. At no point was I told about the construction. There was no compensation for that at all. I feel there were significant misrepresentations. I followed directions and now I am out hundreds of dollars. It basically ruined my trip.

Our room was clean, the staff was nice and the walk to the beach was very short. The boardwalk was a 5 minute walk away with many options for shopping and food options.
