Adorable single family home located on a double lot, 5 blocks from the beach! Enjoy your summer vacation at this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/1 bath home with a spacious sun room in the back. Enjoy a good book, a drink, or conversation while relaxing in the sun room that attracts an abundance of natural sunlight. Rest your head on a king size bed in the Master Bedroom with a walk in closet or 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, both equipped with ceiling fans. Cook a home cooked meal in this 1950's style kitchen, with a vintage stove that has been completely restored! Rinse off the sand and ocean water in this 1950's style bathroom that will have all the basic necessities (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels). Don't forget your furry family members as pets are welcome (breed specifications) and have an extra large, enclosed backyard to play in, with a grapevine and trestle. Don't worry about parking as the property comes with a detached, 1 car garage in the back (plenty of street parking), that includes a new washer and dryer ready to be used! A quick walk to the beach, as well as a quick bike ride or 10-15 minute walk to downtown Huntington Beach (Main St.) where tons of shopping and restaurants await! Perfect (except missing hot tub(

Everything was just as described. Great size for just me, my husband, and mother as we transitioned during our move. We stayed for nearly 2 months because the location was also perfect. The yard was perfect for my dogs. The only downsize was that a hot tub was listed as being on the property and there wasnt one. It would have been perfect during the moving process.

Our stay

We stayed here for the month of February and for the cost of this property, the location is the only thing worth it. Otherwise it is furnished with a bunch of furniture that needs to be replaced. The living room furniture is incredibly dirty and it is very obvious and also uncomfortable. The master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable and was like sleeping on a slab of cement, some people like that though. Dressers are all falling apart. The heating system is very loud and rickety so we couldn’t run it at night or it would keep us up and it broke several times while we were there. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again. It will have everything you need to live, but the furnishing need uodathng Badly.

House close to beach.

Perfect size for a small family. Nice fenced backyard for a dog. Five blocks from the beach. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Close to Main Street. Lots of eateries and shops. Would, for sure, come back again!

Nice little HB house. Great location.

We enjoyed our stay in HB. Great location to walk or ride bikes to the beach. The house is small, but worked good for our family. Having two twin beds in the kids room was nice. Being pet friendly with a nice safe yard helped in our choice. Jacob was very attentive and responds quickly to help needed requests. The house could definitely be updated inside, but is as advertised. Would definitely return again.

Lovely place that's close to everything

This is a great little place that's close to the ocean and within walking distance to main street and the pier. The yard was perfect for our dogs and for getting some sun. The only problem we had was during the last week of our stay there were multiple sets of people coming to the door asking about the property being for rent while we were in it, but otherwise we had a great stay. 👍

Kitchen drawers were very cluttered and dirty. Oven didn’t work. There was no air conditioner , dish washer or cable/satellite dish, which were listed on the amenities. No hand wash or body soap, no wash cloths or dish cloths and only one well used sponge for kitchen . Three service people came to correct our complaints but very disruptive for over a week. We departed two days early

Perfect Beach Retreat

Wonderful location with friendly neighbors. Just the right distance from Main St. for easy access without the hustle and bustle. Excellent backyard! Our labrador retriever loved the huge well-secured space to play. House furnishings are clean and comfortable. The kitchen is a bit small but has everything needed and more for cooking. Great table and grill in the backyard for outdoor dining. The management company was professional, helpful, and courteous. We highly recommend this property for your stay in HB!

Nice neighborhood bungalow easy walking distance from beach, park, and downtown Huntington Beach. Grassy fenced in backyard. Management very responsive to questions/concerns. We had a great stay and will look forward to returning, hopefully next year.

Charming and cozy home away from home

House is well maintained and in a prime location! We were able to walk to park, beach and various restaurants/ shops within 5 to 15 minutes. Biking expanded options and made favorites that much closer. Major Grocery Stores, farmers markets, gas stations, fitness facilities and Target all within 5 to 20 minute drive. Property Management team was easy to contact and responsive to needs during our stay.
