Beat up rooms..smelled terrible the bed is like a pad..not even a mattress. The grab and go breakfast is a muffin and a nutrigrain bar with frankly disgusting coffee. The hallways smelled of cooking

Says there’s a 10 point inspection for cleaning the rooms and the last point is management approval. There was food all over tables and counter, the chair was covered in a white substance and the entire place smelled like mildew and heavy incense to cover it up. I recommend finding a different place to stay

The room was grungy. The light for the stove was burned out. I didn’t request an ADA room but was told they were sold out and it was all they had. I’ve stayed there in the past. It was cleaner. Probably won’t go back!

I reserved two rooms and when I got there the desk clerk said that they only had one room and that Expedia must have made a mistake. I needed two rooms and had to pay twice as much for the second room. The rooms were dirty, moldy smelling. The fridge was rusted. And breakfast was instant oatmeal and fruit bars. I contacted Expedia and was told that manager was unavailable and someone get back to me about my refund. It has been 5 days and no one has contacted me.
