Compare Romantic Hotels in International Drive District

The biggest downside for me was that the rooms felt very outdated and not well maintained. The same goes for the elevator they could definitely use some upgrades. Another inconvenience was housekeeping: you have to request room cleaning 24 hours in advance, otherwise it won’t be done. Even for something simple like extra towels, you need to go all the way to the lobby to pick them up, which wasn’t ideal. That said, there were some really nice highlights. The lobby area was decent, and they have a game room, which is great if you’re traveling with kids. The best part of my stay was definitely the pool and entertainment area, it honestly felt like being at a resort. The ambiance was amazing, with a DJ, food and drinks by the pool (burgers, hot dogs, etc.), and a large pool with areas up to 6 feet plus a section for kids. That part really stood out and made the experience enjoyable. It can get pretty loud, so if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay, this may not be the best choice. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated. Overall, this hotel has great potential because of its amenities and vibe, but it really needs updates and better service processes to match the experience.

The room was clean, which is acceptable, but the amenities were poor. The building itself looks old and poorly maintained. For sure not what you can expect from a Sheraton property.

Our room had very dirty floors. We never went barefoot or never put our bags on the floor due to the dirt. The bedding was very clean. The trash bins were full most of the time.
