Delfin provided Excellent customer service . We had a problem with air conditioning. He called the maintenance person but unable to resolve the problem. He moved us right away to a room that has a better air conditioning

Good value for money near the airport

We got stuck at SNA due to weather and stayed here a night waiting it out. For an airport hotel in super expensive SoCal, this is great value for money. It’s not going to knock your socks off, but it’s perfectly acceptable for a night or two near the airport. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if the occasion ever called for it.

There were hairs in the bathroom and on the toilet. There was also a lot of noise throughout the evening and early in the morning. Sounded like someone was pounding on doors. House keeping also knocked on my door very early (8am).
