Love the made to order omelettes. Happy hour drinks are always a nice bonus. Rooms are so nice and spacious. The iron wasn't the best, but that's minor

We've stayed here twice in the last month for family events and overall the stay wasn't bad. However, the front desk service is terrible. There's no clear place to form a line and there's always at least one employee at the desk (sometimes two) but they have no idea when someone is waiting to be helped. I've literally been the only person waiting and the person at the front desk is not on the phone and not helping another guest but is oblivious that I am even there. Then someone will come in behind me and the employee at the front desk suddenly attempts to help them when I've been standing and waiting patiently.

Great amenities. Friendly staff. Our suite was beautiful and spacious, but wasn't working too well. We had the temp at its lowest, but it was still kinda warm. If I didn't have a sick child, I would have asked to be moved. Parking rate could also be lower.
