The king-size bed felt lumpy and old. Suggest replacing it. Also, housekeeping didn't leave enough bath towels...only one was available and my husband had to go to the night desk to get some.

Overall, it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The check in and check out process was smooth. The bathroom could have been cleaner: shower curtain changes, clean faucets, etc.

Quick weekend trip lady at desk was rude about booking through third party also breakfast very bland not a lot of options especially for little ones don’t want to eat vegetable omelette ac unit fell down right when we got in room they fixed it quickly area really close to Irvine Spectrum and beaches rooms are good size and seemed clean
