I didn't stay but the fact that you guys charged me 330 dls for not cancelling on is not acceptable. These 330 we're gonna be used for our Disney vacation and you a**holes messed up everything. I don't understand if you're a part of Expedia why is it that I didn't get any email as reminder about the request?? You guys are horrible

The Staybridge Suite in Irvine was a comforatble and convenient stay. The team member (Sandra) who checked us in as well as the team member who checked us out (I didn't catch her name), both made the ease of check-in/out efficient and stress free.

Staff was great. Hotel was clean. Only issues; alarm clock was plugged into an outlet that turned off with a switch by the entrance (took two days to figure out why the clock kept turning off and on) and most of the charging stations did not work.
