Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel was incredible! The suite we got was clean and spacious. The gym at the hotel was also very clean and came in clutch. All of the staff were professional, friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient. We walked mostly everywhere since the hotel is in the heart of Gaslamp.

Not very clean. Outdated. Not very comfortable. No water filling area. Even the drinking fountain did not work. They just want to charge you more for everything.
