Gaslamp Quarter

Staff was friendly and professional. I especially liked the Welcome text that allowed us to communicate easily- to request a microwave, late checkout and restaurant info. The hotel was close walking distance to bay access at the Convention Center.

Across the street and trolley tracks from SDCC

Stayed for a convention, this hotel is directly across from the SD Convention Center. Very convenient the Charges for their "resort fee" which is called "All Access" seems a bit steep, but all hotels seem to be doing this :-( Was here on business trip so my employer paid anyhow - LOL

I’ve stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel twice before and they never cease to disappoint. My only minor complaint is my room was next to the exit door on my floor and whenever anyone left I heard the door slam. Other than that the staff, valets and parking attendants were fantastic. I give them 10 stars plus for adding a Nobu restaurant. I ate there and the food was perfection. I savored every moment.
