There are no amenities in the room. Just a shower cap and a thin packaged makeup wipe. No mini bar. And the restaurants all have strange hours, so you're in this giant hotel with no available coffee or minimal hours to try to eat within the hotel. The bar service was just okay. The drinks are not great, the wine is not great. And good luck with the buttons in the elevators. Half of them don't work or you have to press them ten times or get out of the elevator and go to another one where your room floor works.

Loved the room, bar downstairs and location of hotel. Hiccup with valet but reception helped immediately. Great service otherwise.

Great property. Hate that Valet is so expensive. Still its a very nice hotel with all the amenties. Perfect place to stay when youre in downtown SJ.
