The Tv didn’t work. Can to fix late on our last night. Never cleaned room or got fresh towels until we called Wish there was more places for food and cocktails closer to hotel

Really struggled with all the extra fees…. Why did I pay a resort fee? For the two bottles of water each day that they never left in our room? For the drink coupons that you could not use? Also an additional $300 in parking!!??? It was excessive! Housekeeping entered our room twice while we were there! Rude! Front desk was rude when i brought up a necklace that we found on the floor of our room…. Not a thank you? Or an apology for clearly not cleaning room well prior to us arriving. The restaurant? Holy moly- we paid for a high class meal, to be told there was only one server- (she was very nice).. but it took over an hour to get our meal?!!! Again, should have received at least an apology or I don’t know a complementary drink (seeing as how we left 10 unused drink cards)… Just would never recommend this place to anyone after this experience.

Great location, only ok room

The location was nice and the grounds nice but the particular room we stayed in seemed run down and outdated. The entire lower level of the wing we stayed in seemed old and very worn. Like this part of the hotel had been forgotten in any upgrades since the 1980s

Loved our stay while touring UCSD. Parking was a breeze. Comfy bed and great shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. We got our breakfast from the coffee shop in the lobby everyday. So convenient and quick. Great hotel!

Everything was great. The property is gorgeous and the location is excellent. My one issue is that there is a $36 resort fee (not sure if it is per night or not because we only stayed one night) and they charge you $47 for parking per night. I know this is standard these days but that is just ridiculous. I mean our room was around $150 per night and to park your car is $47. That is no bueno.

Overall extremely overpriced for an outdated and rundown hotel. Had to move rooms every night- 1st room smelled of sewage, 2nd the fridge stopped working and was a downgrade from the 1st and the lampshades were missing/rundown furniture, 3rd was still crap. Loud and obnoxious guests yelling at midnight for half an hr at the pool. Tons of fees.
