The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The TV didn’t work and we didn’t know if it was the remote or the TV. Had to call the front desk a few times. We had to pull the tv away from the wall to unplug the tv power and the router box. Finally we were able to get the tv to power on, however the streaming was really slow to connect to Netflix and we just gave up.
When we got to our room we noticed the toilet was slow to flush but it was working. When we woke up the following morning at 6:30 am, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the water was rising and looked like it could overflow. We called the front desk and they did not have anyone available until 7 am to fix it, which was a problem. We were on the 10th floor and were advised that there were bathrooms on the lobby floor which was unacceptable. The lady at the front desk came and turned the water off. Finally someone from maintenance came up with a plunger at 7:30.
