They need to revisit the room rates. Not only do you pay the room fee, they will get you with a $55-75 dollar parking fee, and a $35 dollar “Amenity” fee. I would’ve stayed at another hotel if these prices were baked in to the original room cost.

We love this property. We’ve stayed there 4-5 times and it’s become our “go to” place in Laguna Beach. The staff is wonderful. Every room we’ve stayed in is unique and different. The location is great - an easy walk to downtown restaurants, the theater, or the Pageant of the Masters. Also an easy walk to Main Beach or many of the more private cove beaches. Heisler Park and the beautiful coastal walking trail are literally around the corner! You will fall in love with this place, as we have….promise!

We had a partial ocean view. The room was clean. We weren’t able to take advantage of the resort attributes based on our schedule. Parking was covered. Resort fee is $35/day and parking $55/day so figure that into the daily rate. Hotel located a 15 minute walk from restaurants and shopping.

There is an ocean “peak” which should not be billed as an ocean view. There is no direct beach access As for the room, the floors are not level. The bathtub is not level & there should be grab bars in the tub area. One ply bathroom tissue??!! Horrible! Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Pool area is clean and lovely. Staff was lovely & helpful.
