Excellent price for a two bedroom condo style room. They only complain is at five in the morning every morning. There would be large delivery trucks making loud noises right in front of our room.

Room was oceanfront with a great view which made for a great stay. Balcony was nice with a nice table and chairs. Room was basic and lacked seating inside. Shower was nice but didn’t care for the body wash or shampoo. Bed was comfortable. Falling asleep to the sound of waves was great. This was our second stay and will be back next year.

I had to change rooms (the did offer a free upgrade) due to TV, WiFi, and phone not working. The next room was slightly better, but the lights were burned out. The room was rundown, and extremely dates. Very overpriced for what I got in a room. The pictures are extremely misleading...

This is a run down motel with an ocean view. The room was not updated as shown and the hotel restaurant was closed for a private event. I left the hotel and did not stay as it was my wife’s birthday and this was anything but a birthday experience.

The room was a little rundown. The front door locking mechanism was in bad shape and the door required a loud slam to close. The bathroom door also required some force. The wall-mounted air conditioner was dirty, rusty on the outside, and not very effective. The parking was valet only (for $45/day). One needed to drive around the building to a back alley to drop off the car; ditto for pickup. It would have been reasonable to expect the valet to bring the car to lobby, where "valet only" is clearly marked. On the positive side, the view of the beach and sunset was fabulous.

We didn’t even stay 1 of the 4 nights planned. This hotel’s room photos on Hotels.com were not photos of the standard rooms. Crystal and Cyrus were great desk staff members and tried their best but truly this place should be torn down. The elevator was dirty. The property and its maze of stairs and different buildings looked and felt unsafe. This location is a goldmine that is missing its true potential. We couldn’t give zero stars and I have NEVER written a negative review.

Location was perfect! Close to everything and ocean views. The rooms were much older and outdated than the images on the website. Would stay again however because of location and price- but did not meet expectations from images on site.

I’m giving it 2 starts because it’s right on the beach and the beach is obviously gorgeous. However, the photos presented at the time of booking here are of some other place, not this hotel. Our room and building was so run down, rusted and out of shape. All the doors couldn’t be closed or opened (balcony, bathroom, entrance). I got stuck in the bathroom several times, my husband had to open it with force. The doors needed to be replaced ages ago. For $600/night it was a major fail. The front office guy wasn’t friendly. Don’t trust the tranquil photos, they are not representing the same furniture, view, through the dirty window. Don’t waste your money.

Stayed in an oceanfront room with balcony. View was great. It was pricey & had to pay an extra 45 dollars extra for valet parking. Felt that should have been included in price of room. Key to room did not work when we first checked in. Had to return to front desk. No privacy in bedrooms. Could hear everything in rooms & balconies next door. Walls were not insulated or soundproofed. Disappointing. Couple next door got up at 6am and it sounded like they were walking around in our room. Disturbed our sleep. Rooms need to be updated.

I booked an oceanfront room and was given a crappy room with a kitchenette, partial view, and for some reason, no dresser. Rebooked to a nicer room. Bar was good. Second room was nicer but you can definitely note things that are rundown or rusty, including the whole bottom of the bathroom door, just falling apart. Overpriced for what you get. And $45 per night to park a car? Ridiculous.

Images on website were misleading. First room smelled of cigarettes. Moved to another room and blinds didn’t cover light, someone kept jiggling the back door by closet, by lobby and was very loud with people all night. The tub had gashes in it, grout was filthy and toilet didn’t flush. Incredibly disappointed in the quality of the room. If it wasn’t late at night when I checked in I would have driven 30 min home.

Staff was amazing but the place had seen better days. Not unusual for a beachfront property. The jacuzzi was taped off limits and it was dirty looking. The room was very nice and the view was spectacular. This hotel is perfectly priced for what it brings to its guests.

Would stay again in newer room.We were in an older suite, bed comfy. Could use a deep clean and remodel. Elevator area ancient. Family was in room over looking the beach in remodeled building really nice. Great beach acess, great location, really nice staff. The restaurants did have off some putting smells at times.
