The staff was nice, but the room and parking was terrible! This room made Motel 6 look like luxury. The listing was completely misleading. No view, no space, the ac unit was coming off the wall, the tv was falling off its mount, it smelt and felt musky. Parking is a 45$ per day manditory valet which is even more ridiculous. This ruined my anniversary plans

Beach shanty vibes in the best way. Ocean air and you ca hear the waves crash in the room. A little rust and beachy ware but it vibes with authentic beach town vs commercial hotel chain- like beach rustic charm. The staff was above and beyond welcoming. We stayed on a beach facing room. Was minimal and aesthetic. Very clean but did have a slight must I’m sure from the humidity of being beach front. Tv didn’t work. But we aren’t big tv people so nbd. We loved it! Will be back!

I love this location and the staff but the room was across from the valet pretty noisy and something was constantly tapping in the ceiling every 5-10 minutes loudly every day and night making it difficult to sleep. Also three valet was sleeping in a car and we were trying to make an early morning flight he did not have his cell phone on to hear the calls from the front desk.

The rooms do not reflect the photos super disappointing and overpriced. Most of the rooms aren’t renovated and stink horribly. The staff was helpful and upgraded my room For a discount but I would never go back. The water in the shower never got hot and was really hard to even turn on. Only upside was the beach access.

My stay was disappointing and did not reflect the reviews or photos. Check-in was poor—there were no upgrade options offered and no explanation of hotel amenities. My room did not have hot water or a microwave, and I was not informed at check-in that a microwave/snack room was available on the first floor. The room was very small with a parking lot view. The bathtub showed significant wear with chipped paint and appeared unclean, to the point that I avoided using the shower. Overall, the hotel did not feel luxurious, and service and aesthetics were underwhelming. Additionally, self-parking was not available despite Expedia stating that it was; valet was the only option.
