As soon as we arrived, the concierge was welcoming. Checkin was easy. The staff are polite and accommodating. This is rare – but since it is a five star hotel, I’m glad they live up to the standards. The service was impeccable! My family and I stayed for 3 nights for a little summer vacation away. We enjoyed everything. The family/kids pool was perfect for my little ones. We enjoyed every minute. I actually felt relaxed. Beds were comfy, pillow was just ok (sorry) not the best. Overall, great bedding and rooms were almost perfect and clean. I hope they pay more attention to the carpets and bathroom. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top-notch — friendly, professional, and always helpful. The food was delicious, whether we were lounging by the pool or hanging out at Topgolf. Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. We stayed in a poolside room with two king beds, which was perfect for our family. Our son had such a blast with the pools, slides, and Topgolf that we decided to extend our stay another day — totally worth it! This place really knows how to make you feel relaxed and taken care of. Highly recommend!

Although this hotel costs $900.00 plus per night, noise is a bit of a problem. The family staying in the rooms next to mine had a dog that made a “ crying” very sad & loud noise, when left alone in daytime,last time I visited. The pepperoni pizza is not available at the small shop in the lobby anymore.. one family next to my room woke up each morning so that they could walk the entire hall on our floor screaming and yelling to each other, while they continued to walk, back and forth, from 1 end of the hotel to the other, before 8 AM . Amazing!
