I was in a downstairs room and it was super loud. Sounded like a herd of elephants were in the room above me and I could hear talking through the wall or door? Also not a fan of a property with no onsite staff. It was clean and close walk to everything But I wouldn’t stay here again.

There is not a front desk person. It is self check in and out however you are provided a number if you need anything and they are very prompt at replying and getting whatever you need taken care of. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities you could need. It was in close walking distance of the Lake Side Beach. The hotel will provide you with 50% off tickets to the beach if you’d like. It is also very easy to walk to all the shopping/restaurants. We would stay here again.

Our stay at The Jeffrey Hotel was pleasant, and mostly met our expectations. It was clean, and has very good location. The only drawback was that we were expecting queen size beds, but they seemed double (full) sized though. Overall it was a good stay, and would rate 4 out of 5

Okay for a short stay if you are self sufficient.

First time staying at a hotel that has no front desk. All communication is by phone or text. Response times varied. There is a change if you want an early check in or late check out if your request time falls outside of their normal times. No food available on the property. Location was quiet and easily walkable to the lake and to the main drag. clean and neat room. Shower water went all over the floor. Needs more bath mats for slippery floor. Dangerous! Hot water for shower was not running around 3pm. Took almost an hour for someone to come to check. By then the hot water was back on. Small amenities would be appreciated: teabags, lotion, additional box of tissues.
