We liked the convenience and ambience of the adjoining beer garden, both food & beverage were reasonably priced for area. However, wifi/internet regularly cuts out or doesn't work at all, especially later in the day when more users are on; and the 3rd floor hallway (south end) smells horrible (carpet and underlying wood need to be replaced). Lots of "not quite or poorly completed" renovation work--rust on balcony rails, common areas not cleaned up. etc.

Property and room was clean and great for the price. We did have a towel that had yellow stains on it so didn’t use it but didn’t call front desk since we had brought extra towels from home. Breakfast was not included and honestly the food wasn’t good at all. Our mesh sliding door wouldn’t close all the way so had to have sliding door closed all day/night, and a/c unit was too loud to keep on a long time. Beach was 10 min walking and got a voucher for the private beach so that was nice. Parking is ok, does get crowded in the small lot especially for an suv so tried to stay on the outsides. Target was also a 3min drive away so that was a plus!

We love staying here when we visit Tahoe. It’s cute, cozy, and the brewery right on the property makes it 10/10. Not to mention everything is walkable. It’s our go to spot.
