We had a fun stay, enjoyed the hot pool and smores in the snow! The Coachman is well located and is walking distance to the Heavenly Gondola.

I liked the design and layout of the room. It was different and offered something a little more unique than a standard, traditional room. And although a small detail, I liked that there was a separate section to hang up our coats instead of in the space designated for our clothes. I also liked that there were two luggage racks. The room was clean, and I echo many of the other reviews when I say that the bed was VERY comfortable. The reception/cafe area was super cute and inviting, as well as the outdoor seating area with the fire pits. I did not take advantage of that feature this time, but there will be future visits, so I'll enjoy it then.

Hotel is beautiful but does not have elevators. It sucked carry 6 luggage’s up 3 floors in 20 degreee weather. Overall beautiful hotel and centralized.

Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Walkable to all the nearest casinos and diners. Highly recommend for first timers in South Lake Tahoe!

The hotel was okay. Would I stay here again? Probably not. The room was not as cleaned. We didn’t have extra towels and so forth. Nor did the tv work. We called the front and no answer a few times. Hal at the front cafe Saturday morning, upon opening didn’t seem in a good mood. Tall blonde lady. Not sure if we would rate this a great hotel. Not satisfied unfortunately. If you need a lance to maybe sleep for a few hours and leave then yes I would recommend.
