Perfection

Parking was easy and right next to our room. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious; we had a suite and it was more than enough room for us and our pups. The concierge/bar/breakfast bar was centrally located with amazing food and coffee. We had a great time staying here!

In overall the place is ok but you can hear absolutely everything from room to room specially if you are in the first floor you hear people walking on top of you if there’s people talking around or next door you can heard them too so I had to sleep with my ear plugs when I realize this situation was happening, pretty expensive menu for breakfast and so other than that the staff was amazing, very convenient location and free parking is top!

Amazing!

We loved our stay! The perfect boutique hotel near Heavenly village and the lake. We loved that it was walkable. Also loved the lobby with food, drinks, games and complimentary s’mores by the fire pit each night. Would definitely stay again.

I've stayed here a few times. Love the pool and hot tub and heated toilet seats after a long ski day. Can get noisy at night despite the quiet hours starting at 10 PM. Had to complain every night about people screaming/yelling after 10. Free coffee in the morning is nice too!

I really wanted to like it!

The general vibe of the hotel and shared spaces is cute. They had a free wine tasting in the bar area which we enjoyed. Coffee in the morning was quant. Downsides- our room was half cleaned (not vacuumed, hair in the shower, dirty rag on the floor, no lotions/soaps). Also our tv was broken. We were told they sent someone out twice to fix it but it was never fixed. There’s no phone to reach the front desk quickly which seems odd. We paid $300 for the room so we expected much more.

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel, walkable distance to Heavenly Village in South Lake Tahoe. I also received free drinks as a VIP member in Expedia they offer complimentary s’mores kit, and more. Room was also very clean!
