We had an amazing experience. Our first room television did not work, they moved us to a new room quickly and we were able to upgrade to suite. We requested towels and wash clothes which were brought up within minutes of the request.

Our water in our room was cold, the room smelled like burnt hair. When we were changed rooms it was like they were punishing us and gave us a worse room. The pool was closed when it said online it was open. There is no room service like it states online. I will never be back
