We had kids knocking on out doors several times took security over an hour to get them. The bathroom light did not work had to get that fixed. The shower curtain did not close all the way.

Reservation personnel not friendly. On line says pool is open but it wasn’t lots of confusion about room reservations. Just kept insisting I pay more and get upgrades. I’m a disabled veteran, tried for Military discount. They were rude making me feel that my service didn’t mean anything

The room was not comfortable.the pills & bed were awful.no coffe,refrigerator,microwave.felt stuffy,cold.the ac/heater gave it a bad smell.the casino was stuffy with no AC. the parking was not tall enough & we had to pay for valet parking.we were told different prices by hotel staff & valet staff.

The room had an odour made my asthma crazy, no room service for days despite not putting the card out has to ask multiple times. Looked like water staining on the walls. This was the upgraded rooms. I stayed here years ago when it was the stratosphere and it was better. My stay at the Rio for one night had a bigger room an double sink for $19

Room was acceptable. No fridge was a major fownside but the only negative for the room. Beverage servers were disspointing with service as theybwere incapable of keeping track of their section and not servivng us to a degreee of downright avoiding us as patrons. Outside of that the trip was excellent.
