House keeping was wonderful. I was asked to pay extra if I wanted a mini fridge in my room by the checking in lady, Susan. I thought that was standard for a hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels throughout the US and never once was asked to pay extra for a fridge, every room came equipped with a fridge. The pillow on the other had was super hard, which mad it very difficult to sleep and feel comfortable. I was hoping to come back with my mom but we will stay elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room definitely needs updated; shower head needs to be cleaned & there were a couple pieces of trash still in the can from previous guests. The bed though so pretty comfortable & I slept amazingly 😊 so that in itself made up for the other stuff.

I was told I was getting a new room and none of the usb or outlets worked in the room. I had to charge stuff in the bathroom. Room was always hot never cooled off no matter the what I set the temp at. The bed was so bad that it felt like a really old mattress. I won’t be staying here again
This was pointless. It didn’t work at all. Also why isn’t there a microwave in the room?

No wash cloths. What hotel runs out of towels?? Motel 6, maybe?? It took several calls & speaking with house keeping to unclog the toilet. No microwaves in any of the rooms or on the premises. Extremely, inconvenient. This is our second time staying at the Strat. The first experience was no better. We only stayed this time because we were traveling with a group that had already booked there before getting advice from us. They actually checked out early because the accommodations were so terrible. The Strat, never again. Even for free. Not worth it

Horrible hotel, room looked nothing like pictures on site. The room overall was outdated with dust everywhere. I booked a 2 queen bed room upon my arrival they told me it was not available and all they could offer was a King size bed. As soon as I walked in the room I made front desk there was dust everywhere, the lady at the desk didn’t even check if there was any other room available and told me they were all booked for the night and they couldn’t change me into another room. She said she would send housekeeping to undust and change the sheets and shower curtains that had yellow stains all over them, housekeeping never made it. The bathroom tub had cracks on and the sink was disgusting. I sent a message to the property the next morning and so far I haven’t heard back from them. Horrible stay, will never stay here again. Look elsewhere there is better properties but here.

The room was very small. The garage and parking is to far away. Of the 5 resturants only 1 was open. Parking was an extra cost at $21.00 per day. Casino was generic. Would NOT recommend and NOT coming back. I could say more but I think you get the point.
