When my wife and i got to our room that we were going to stay for the week we discovered dirty underwear in the drawer also our bathroom sink was fludded it took 3 days for us to finally get housekeeping to come and clean the room and change the sheets. Than the cherry on top was the wanted to charge us a smoking fee when one we dont smoke and second we never smoked in the room. Hints we dont smoke

Housekeeping needs to communicate , the majority of the staff need to be retrained however Veronica who took care of us was excellent. Lori at front desk was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to, very understanding. Christine the manager was also helpful . No complimentary breakfast but there was a nice diner within the hotel which we had a great waitress and hostess along with good food .

I rate this 2 stars because I paid for a suite for 3 nights. However when I checked in they said my room wasn't ready yet. So I waited until the time they gave me to come back. When I went back to check in they said my suite was no longer available and I would have to stay in a standard room for the night. That's not what I paid for. Yes they gave me back the resort fee but like I said that's not what I paid for. I feel they should of done more to make up there screw up. My first time in Vegas and that's how my trip started. And all the couples out there, to have this trip hyped up and that's the start of it. You already know
