Not a guest friendly property. Bedside electronic tablet inoperable. After two calls to attempt to obtain a replacement told that the hotel no longer services the item. Keurig coffee maker is in room with 2 paper cups and two cartridges. Hotel charges $20 per cup to use but no notification of the charges. Told that information is on bedside electronic tablet which was inoperable.

I loved this property! Everyday I went for ride share, to room in under 5 minutes. Walkways to the cosmopolitan and the Bellagio were very easy to get to. The aria was a 2 1/2 minute quick bridge outside. The room was clean, the workers were polite, & by the elevator a worker checked your room key before you could even get on the elevator. It’s a quiet, pet friendly hotel, that is relaxing, and very tame compared to the hustle and bustle of Vegas. I would definitely go back.

It's a beautiful property, however, no on sure parking, had to park at Aria and walk or valet for $40/day, the bathroom wasn't clean, called for run service at 5p and they showed up at 1:30a to clean the bathroom. They allowed a guest of our wedding to out is on the same floor as them without reaching out to us and asking and it was our wedding weekend. The private pool and cabana was nice. No other issues, we enjoyed our stay for the most part, but wouldn't stay again.
