Staff was courteous. The room was mostly clean but it looked worn from use and lack of maintenance. The carpeting was torn away from where it meets the kitchen tiling. Also the carpeting had stained spots on it and one of the lamp shades had champagne spray on it.

Room showed signs of wear, and the light switches were poorly located. The bathroom door made a terrible creaking noise when closed (which was fixed), but the door handle still made noise when turned. Overall the room and available amenities (including no notice about seasonal pool closure) fell far below our expectations.

Loved that it was quiet - no casino, no smoking and so close- joined by indoor walkway to bellagio cosmopolitan and aria. Breakfast cafe was reasonable too. Sadly pool was closed.
