This is our 5th time staying in this hotel over the last 3 years. I have to say that the condition is declining from visit to visit. The front desk personnel are not helpful (borderline hostile), and the room is very dark- floor lamp is missing. Breakfast was good.

This hotel was convenient , clean, had multiple places to eat places in walking distance, places to shop and the elevators were always working. The breakfast was hot and ready. Most of all The staff was friendly and the rooms were perfect for me and my family of four.

The $100/day deposit is a bit steep and not clearly stated, so guests should be aware. Also, extra expenses of $50/day for parking is also a bit high. Although the property itself didn’t seem unsafe, there was a lot of police activity on 2 out of the 5 nights we were there. That’s just Los Angeles though. We did appreciate the friendly staff and valet.
