This 100-year old bungalow sits on a quiet street next to Larchmont Village, the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, and Paramount Pictures Studio-- definitely has some old Hollywood history! The two bed 2 bath house is painted green and has a lush yard and large front porch. The furniture is mostly mid-century and antique. The living room has newly installed dark wood flooring and a unique crosshatched beam ceiling accompanied by a stunning white fireplace. Sunlight shines through casement windows onto the various houseplants. The master bedroom has a lush bamboo garden view. There is also an attached vanity with a large mirror and a bathroom with an above-ground tub. The second bedroom has large casement windows and a view of the backyard. This room has a beautiful warm and sunny feel with unique built-in white cabinetry. There is a grapefruit tree in the shared yard and you are welcome to eat as many as you please :)
