The room was spotless. We did have a little fluctuation with the heater during the cold. When we asked about our room being cold we were told they just restarted the boiler. Otherwise everything was perfect!

The lobby was so beautiful and a fun vibe with the bar and nightly live music. The beds were comfy and the staff was very friendly.

It was a perfect staying, the location, the inside beautiful, clean minimalist. My daughter and I have a breakfast in the restaurant and it was delicious and the deal with Expedia was the best!

The room was clean the bed was super comfy all in all it was worth the money.

Great location, rooms were great. Clean rooms and gym. Bar area was nice as well. Easy to walk to shows, subway, Central Park and other great attractions.

The room was clean and pleasant. The bathroom was updated and the bath products were a good brand. We enjoyed going to the rooftop bar, and the restaurant was convenient for breakfast with a good menu. The location was outstanding for visiting various museums as well as going to the theater. Most important, the staff was so friendly and helpful. From booking an airport shuttle for our return home to explaining what subway to take they were always ready to help. We would stay there again.
