Would definitely stay here again. The staff, especially in the evening times we stayed, were outstanding and very accommodating to our semi large party, including adults and kids. We went during the height of ski season and the hotel was plenty full but we didn't feel rushed or crowded at any point. When we stay here again, the only things I'd do differently would be to request to not be adjacent to the stairs, as in the early mornings there was a lot of traffic coming down which woke us up. And the free breakfast area was too small for the number of folks coming through during the busy season. I'm guessing it's mostly fine for the rest of the 80% of the year but we had a hard time with items being out and finding a seat for all of us during the peak 8-9am breakfast hour. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed and appeared well maintained. This is more important to me than the other quibbles I noted above. The proximity to shopping and dining was a huge plus, as we walked to the bakery and a few other places during our stay. Did not know what to expect as we hadn't stayed here before but after our experience I would gladly stay here with my family again. And plan to.

Everything was great overall, but the only issue we encountered was with breakfast food availability. Items would frequently run out, and even after notifying the staff, it would take at least 30 minutes for them to replenish certain items, like the pancake batter.
