Hotels stated we would get a resort credit. Instead we were charged the resort fee. When we got home there was a random $50 charge on our card. When we called to ask about it, we were told the room "had an odor". We have stayed with our dog in hotels in Mammoth and other places for 12 years and have never had an issue. Total scam.

Staff was friendly. Area was close to town with no views it was the off season so it was a ghost town . There were no real issues. They were dog friendly which is important to me as I travel often with my dogs. Room was clean. The furniture was a bit weird. Seemed like they furnished everything with repurposed old furniture from thrift stores. I guess if you’re into that, it’s OK but I’m not. Seem like my college room. All in all th3 stay was good. The bed was OK comfortable. I wouldn’t say Plush, but it wasn’t so hard, I couldn’t sleep.

5/5 for the room itself, but 3/5 overall The room was excellent – spacious, spotless, and exactly as described. We were very happy with the accommodation and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, several of the advertised amenities were out of order during our visit, including the sauna, steam room, and arcade. We had been particularly looking forward to using these facilities, so it was disappointing to find them unavailable with no prior notice or alternative offered. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was good, and we would consider returning if the amenities are reliably operational in the future. P.S. We appreciate you Mayra!

The hotel is interesting, with a beautiful lobby, a fireplace, and a cozy lounge area. The room was clean and cozy, with a good bed and sheets, and I slept well on them. However, the fireplace in the room didn't work, the air conditioner was humming, and it was a real quest to turn on the shower, and there were water stains on the ceiling.

We were upgraded for ? Reason and got a lovely room- king bed, kitchenette with table, 4 chairs, and dishes in the cupboard! Had a huge fireplace with 2 leather chairs in front, large alcove with sofa and coffee table. Bath had a heated floor and heated toilet seat! Sorry we were only spending one night. We were in the shoulder season. Will be back.

Very friendly and professional staff. We arrived 2 hours early and we were able to check in early. Leslie offered us a room upgrade to a suite with a fireplace and king bed at no extra charge. The room was spotless and easily the largest we had on our whole 2 week trip. We attended a wine tasting in the hotel bar, which was a lot of fun. The hotel is located within walking distance of a number of places to eat and shop. Definitely looking to secure a room here for the 2026 Mammoth Gran Fondo bike ride.
