We paid extra for the fireplace, and it didn't even work. I complained to the front desk twice, they said engineering would look, nothing was done. The shower was absolutely beyond difficult to operate. It actually worked the opposite from the instructions taped to the wall. The phone didn't even work, so I had to figure out how to call the front desk with my cell phone. And there's one hot tub for about 100 rooms. It fits 8 people. At a ski resort...

This is our 4th time staying at this property, we come here bc of their awesome dog policies. They have a water bowl & bed at check in, the morning staff give daily treats, they have a dog park - our weimeraner loves coming here. We also get a stand alone cabin or apt on the newer side but the entire property is great, fire pits, crepe truck, awesome restaurant on site, fresh coffee every morning, we come to snowboarding & rarely leave the property.

Room was great — in fact location and facility are perfect for a mountain adventure. We were able to stay a couple extra days and the hotel accommodated us with no problem. Very convenient for town shuttles, outdoor outfitters, food and supermarkets. This was our 3rd stay, and we’ll be back.

The Wi-Fi did not work. The sauna was broken. The hotel does not take down license plate numbers so anyone off the street can go in and park in your lot, leaving paying hotel guests with slim to no options to find parking to get to their hotel rooms. We strongly suggest to have the parking lot reserved exclusively for paying hotel guests. The only way to track this is to take down their vehicle plate #s and enforce this by monitoring who parks in the lot. This would make a more fair situation to your paying guests as the current system is unfair and unpleasant.

Room was not ready until almost 8pm. Check in was supposedly at 4pm. Resort fee I thought was waived per Orbitz booking as VIP perks but accdg to the receptionist they have stopped that like 5 months ago. Also, aside from the trash from the previous occupant that welcomed us by the door, can’t complain about the cleanliness and the amenities of the inside of the room, it was I would say really nice place and they used good toiletry products and had everything we need for a comfortable stay.

Extremely expensive for what I fist got, my room had hair all over the bathroom and bath tube, there was a leak on the ceiling, next day they moved me to a better room, one day we couldn’t showered, no water at all no even cold, they just told me was normal because they were full. My room was next to the housekeeping room and they always wake me up with all their noise, looks they always had a party. I had to go every day lo the lobby for new keys.
