This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the finest unit you will find in the Village, the ultimate in a 5-star luxury Mammoth vacation rental experience. Located in the heart of the Village, you are just steps away from shopping, restaurants and the Gondola direct to the slopes at Mammoth Mountains Canyon Lodge. This unit is located on the top floor (5th floor) in the Grand Sierra building providing a great mountain view and away from noise.

This exceptional top floor property has all the upgrades for contemporary mountain living and comfortable furnishings throughout. Being in the corner location, this unit is the largest two bedroom available in the Village, with an open floor plan - plenty of space for everyone! The full kitchen opens into the dining area, and features upgraded appliances, wood cabinetry, stone flooring, granite countertops - and everything you need to cook a nice meal for your family or friends. The dining area comes complete with a cherry wood dining table, cushioned wood chairs for 6.

The living area has a large 65 inch smart flat screen TV with a full set of streaming services. There is a custom stone enclosed gas fireplace - stay cozy on cold winter nights! The large outdoor balcony has a vaulted ceiling, seating for 4, a small coffee table, and overlooks the center of the Village, pool and Jacuzzi and view of mountains.

The well appointed master bedroom has a comfortable King bed with pillowtop, ceiling fan, TV and a private bathroom with granite countertops, slate flooring, dual vanity sinks and both a large soaking tub and a stand up shower. The second bedroom has a full-on-full bunk bed with trundle, and TV. There is an additional queen sofa bed in the living area. All TVs are connected with DirecTV with 200 channels so you will never get bored!

There is an assigned ski storage locker conveniently located in the parking garage.

This property comes equipped with complimentary high speed wireless Internet for your convenience. Common area amenities include heated, underground parking for one car (garage clearance is 8 ft 6 inches), year round heated swimming pool, multiple jacuzzis and a fitness center.
