Book Four Seasons Miami accommodation from NZ$139

We arrived and there was food and trash in the room an an insect. We were on the 32nd floor of the tresor tower and it always too 15-30 minutes to get the elevator up or down. We had to repeatedly ask for our sofa bed to be made up and when they finally did come when we were at dinner, they left the bed partially made and the room was a mess with some of our clothes left in the floor. Plus the room smelled horrible - like someone had used the bathroom and then made a hasty exit. We had a nice time at the pool but it wasn’t cheap (nothing there is) and definitely not 4.5 stars.

Average hotel. Close to airport so of course you will hear all the planes

Water and electricity was out. Staff was not that great.

Room was small and lacks amenities even though you are charged a significant additional amount for amenities. Stayed for 4 days and was charged additional $205 for amenities. They can't even provide coffee

The ac wasset at 71 and the fan was going, kept the room cool

This hotel came in clutch. We arrived at 6:30am and had 9 hr layover. We got a much needed sleep. Highly recommended
