Need more vegetarian options at the restaurant. The door in the bathroom was rotted. Didn't recognize me as a hilton member, no water and the water in the unit was $9. The place was nice, room was large and the bed was comfortable.

Unusual stay

Our initial 1 day stay was good. When we returned not so much. We waited to get our room, was informed someone will contact us via text as to when the room would be ready. We waited over 90 minutes with no contact. Went back to front desk was told your room has been ready. 2nd day went on tour of Miami 5 hours came back to room no room service, door for room make up still present. Had to leave for another hour to get our room cleaned. Toilet issue wouldn’t completely flush. Contacted front desk no plumber on site had to contact one waited 90 minutes for a simple toilet snaking. 3rd day went to get food outside inside restaurant was closed. Person serving food was cleaning/ trash then brought food over without taking glove off or washing hands. Went to gift shop inquiring about prices on merchandise not shown. Sales lady instructed us to go down the street to the gas station or cvs if we wanted to purchase. She was rude to say the least. Never had any issues with a Hilton chain. The last day was given a voucher for 45.00 to use.

The bottle water in the room was $8, they were giving bottle water in reception to other guests for free... not me if you reserve from here, other than that was fine and transportation to airport perfect!
