The building itself needs upgrading the room and bathrooms are very outdated compared to most hotels in big city such as Miami. Even the blinds were outdated one of them fell down while I was asleep. Everything else was very good service.

Great jacuzzi for a weary traveler

Reuger (spelling?) made our stay just right Don’t count on the Shuttle. No problems the first weekend there when we arrived but the second weekend when we came back, we stood on the concrete at airport for an hour. I called the hotel and they said it would be 10 minutes.

I never write any reviews. This is my first time writing a review, which speaks to volume to how the experience was at this property. At the price point, this hotel location is extremely underwhelming and poor experience. The property did not let me check in a minute before 4 pm. We had to wait from 6 am until 4 pm to check in. Surprisingly, two rooms were magically available at 4:01 pm. I have never had these wait times at any other hotels. The property (ie, the room) unclean and smelled; the bathroom shower was malfunctional and had hair all over the tub. The water did not drain. The bed sheets, couch, and carpet were dirty. This is not a good hotel. They are depending on one time travelers visiting to stay in business because I can confidently say no traveler should book here and will visit more than their first time. The property is nothing like the pictures posted on Expedia. It sounds critical, but honestly, if you can pay the additional price, I would highly recommend a different hotel. This hotel is not ideal at all. It is outdated and outside the initial lobby area, everything else is poor.

8/10 experience. Housecleaning experience was mid as she took dirty linen without replacing. The bed sheets had visible stains and soil marks. There were visible pee stains on the floor adjacent to the toilet. Otherwise everything was up to fair standard and the common areas were beautiful and the staff, very nice and accommodating. I would stay again but just insist housecleaning fix all the cleanliness kinks
