No one at reception, phone number on door didn't work. Waited half an hr., then finally found number on website. Reception mostly closed. Only 1 TV station available, tho Netflix advertised. Asked staff to fix twice - they were nice enough, but never got fixed. Grit or sand on kitchen area floor when we arrived, not swept in the 3 days we were there.

The bed was comfortable enough and bedding was crisp and clean. The windows were mouldy, and a lot of condensation. The kitchen venetian blind didnt go up or down or open and it let a lot of light in. The bathroom heater didnt work and the floor was very cold. The spa bath was huge and lovely but bubbles weren't very strong. The towels were replaced the next day but no facecloths and bed didnt get made.
