The staff was great and immediately tried to meet every small request and need. The exterior of the property was a bit dated but the room was updated, well appointed, large, and clean. The breakfast area was small but pleasant with outdoor additional seating. There were hot breakfast options available and food was good.

느좋 모텔 형식 기본 좋은 호텔

전형적인 복도형 모텔식 호텔이라 처음엔 불안했지민, 몬테레이의 특성상 많은 호텔이 비슷한 형식임을 알고 정감이 생겼음. 친절한 프론트 매니저와 깔끔한 객실 모두 좋았음. 심플한 아침 식사도 가족같은 분위기로 편안했어요.

I find most Best Westerns are clean if nothing else. Property is well maintained, staff was friendly, and room was clean. Not the most comfortable bed, but it was good enough for one night. Air conditioning the room was a plus in Monterey CA. Had extra plug-ins for charging devices. I like the thought they put into that. Nothing fancy but for the price in Monterey a nice place to stay in a good area.

Parking can be difficult. Furnishing is not adequate. There is no towel bars. Only one nightstand with 2 queen bed. No place for putting essentials by the bedside. Bed is tilted and hard to sleep. Breakfast room is very hot and there’s no air. Outside sitting tables do not have enough umbrellas. And one of them was broken. Best Western really overcharged for long Labor Day weekend, almost 3 times of cost of the regular rate. Breakfast was not good quality. We encounter a mesh wire in the scramble egg. Luckily we didn’t eat it! Overall, I’ve were over charged for this type of accommodation. The only best things are room is very clean. And we have a pretty nice size room in good location.

We stayed for only one night, but it was a pleasant experience. The beds were comfy, my kids enjoyed the pool/hot tub, and the breakfast was good. The staff was very accomodating and went above and beyond to make things easier for us. We will be back.

Worst stay of my life. At check-in, the employee acted in such a bizarre and anti-social manner that I stayed only because I had an important meeting in 2 hours and did not have any other option. To assist you in judging the merits of this review, you should know that I worked in law enforcement and criminal justice (District Attorney and Public Defender) for 35 years and have vast experience working with impaired persons. I checked out the following morning even thought I had reserved 2 nights. I did not sleep much as I was concerned for the safety of my wife and myself with the employee knowing what room we were in. Also, the massage parlor right next to the hotel was not appealing. The parking spaces were too small. The couch was uncomfortable, sloping toward the middle so that 2 people could not sit comfortably. The TV had a certain political news station blocked (I do not want this to be a partisan political commentary - so I am choosing not to identify which station was blocked, but it is just wrong to impose such political decisions on patrons). Even without considering the problem employee - it was the most money for the least accommodations I have ever spent. There are many other hotels in the area, so do yourself a tremendous favor and stay in one of those.
