Location and comfort.

New hotel that is pet friendly. They even allow 2 pets per room depending on weight of each dog. Comfortable bed and great shower. Very clean and great location to beach a Main Street with shops and restaurant. Decent amount of parking in the lot. We went on a weekday so it was probably less busy than weekends or high of summer. Welcoming front desk staff and overall a great stay. Definitely on my shortlist for hotels in Carmel.

Booked a Carmel Bay Suite that looked like a junior suite. Parking was tight. No early check-ins allowed or complimentary drink. No elevator. Lighting up the stairs should be brighter for safety reasons as we returned back to our room at night. Their breakfast buffet however was great but not until 8 AM. They do have pizzas, salads & charcuterie for extra cost from 4-9 PM. Mattress was very soft. Lumpy pillows. Housekeeper did light keeping & didn’t replace hand towels. Attempted to notify them we were leaving in the morning & door was locked at 0530. Kitchen staff said no one was there. So I texted the staff to let them know. At first he said he was there & door was unlocked. Aw no! That’s a lie. We can confirm with the kitchen staff. He finally admitted. Wow.

Renovated hotel with clean and modern room and bathroom. Hotel is located close to Carmel restaurants and shops. Plenty of restaurants and cafes that you can walk to. Parking is provided for on hotel’s property. Breakfast is included with a good variety of food and drink options like coffee, tea, juices, oatmeal, eggs, meats and cheeses, breads, and fresh fruits.

Modern comfort worth the cost!

Great location! Rooms were super clean and comfortable, exactly as pictured. And service was outstanding. Pizza from pizza oven was outstanding but many wonderful restaurants are nearly so don't fill yourself up with pizza if you are going out! Parking is super convenient. Lots to see nearby and beach is an easy walk away. Just leave time to relax in the room and by the fire...for a short get-away, price was worth it!
