We went with the family suite, and it was very nice. There is a murphy bed downstairs, as well as a bathroom. Upstairs we had king and another bathroom. HVAC down and upstairs. All very clean and spacious and nice looking. It's almost a 30-min walk to downtown/Cannery Row but a short drive - and across the street is a huge mall (but separated by trees.) Tiny gripes: front reception at check-in seemed bored. A light switch upstairs was confusing. Breakfast was basic. Pool/hot tub open only until 9pm. All that said, I'd certainly stay there again!

Clean, comfortable, nothing fancy but would totally come back. Appreciated the water bottles, robes and slippers in the rooms, the ease of check in. Wish the tvs had netflix as an option (only basic cable) and wish the windows had screens on them so they could be opened without letting bugs in.

Decent hotel. Needs maintenance help and the staff avoid interactions. The breakfast bar area staff could be heard coughing on the other side of wall but not entering the room to refil the empty milk etc. then only left to lock out guests promptly at the end of service hours. Elevator was also not current on it’s license either.

The room smells horrific, even after opening all windows and airing out for several hours I still have a Headache from the smell. Pillows are so flat, hard, & old it's impossible to sleep. Upgraded to a suite but upon arrival was told those rooms are not pet friendly although I double checked my confirmation room type and it does not state no dogs allowed. Instead we were put in a mediocre room and not offered any concession for the trouble. Elevator broken. Towel rack broken. Street noise excessively loud, too loud to sleep. "Off leash pet area" is a small patch of grass, not enclosed and not safe as dogs can easily run into parking lot. Worst hotel stay in the last 10+ years

I wouldn’t stay again

Definitely not what was advertised. The room was dirty. The Murphy bed was disgustingly dirty. We put sheets on every place we sat. The pool and hot tub was so old. The outdoor furniture had no cushions. The outdoor heaters didn’t work.

Good but can be better

The stay was good, could have been better. The beds were not very comfortable. It was clean, breakfast can use some work, nothing is cooked and everything pretty much is packaged.
