I got a call at 8:45am and left a message staying since their mastercard system fail to process my credit card they cancel my reservation even do I spoke with a rep a day before and confirm my reservation. they were full booked and they want to dropp some clients since they over sold the rooms. I waiting over an hour from the time I was at the hotel to check in. Room was clean and ok. But front desk guy has really bad customer service skills

Room was very clean, fresh paint, comfortable bedding. However, the room was a lot smaller than what I pictured. Seems the swimming pool hasn't been cleaned for a few days.

The check in was confusing. I apparently had a mix up on two instead of one room. The desk clerk argued that he could charge me for TWO rooms because of my error, but that he was being “nice” I let it go. Then later when my daughter wanted to use the shower, the shower handle was broken. We couldn’t turn on the shower. When I called the font desk, they asked me if I pulled the handle, etc. It was so loose that it wouldn’t turn or pull. Maintenance person comes, says he needs a part and will be back. An hour goes by. I call the front desk to ask where the maintenance man is. She hangs up on me! I call back. Angry now. My daughter has waited an HOUR to take a simple shower. I tell them that “extra room” they claimed I booked is where we will move if the shower isn’t fixed. She says she will talk to the manager. 15 minutes later the maintenance guy shows up and finally fixes the shower. I’m glad we are only her overnite.

Appreciated that check in was quick and easy. Amenities were lacking a bit- example- 3 towels for 4 people, had to ask for a second key card. Served its purpose though for the night. Was a bit loud and there’s not much around the hotel but it’s a convenient location if you have a car.

This motel had been recently almost totally renovated but the price was absurd for what it offers. The room was clean but rather small for the typical motel. There were no double pane windows and since our room was at the front, it was very noisy from the traffic and it was hard to fall asleep. There was not even a room for the coffee machine or any kind of breakfast. The swimming pool looked like it had not been cleaned for quite some time. The only advantages: easy parkin and two blocks away from the fairgrounds.

I do like that they put us in the ground floor. The staff was great. They didnt bother us that much. Only complain that i have is that the AC unit in my room could only go down to 66. I wish it could be colder.
