Good choice for a solo stay

Rated highly despite the reasonable rate, so I took a chance. Perfectly located on Munras near the 101. Quiet, everything worked perfectly. Congenial host. Would repeat!

Affordable and Clean

We have stayed at this hotel MANY times. The rooms are clean and remodeled. Coffee in the room, no breakfast offered, across the street from a large Shopping Mall with lots of food options, free parking. Rates really fluctuate depending on the season, no pool.

The staff was amazing easy quick check in and check out process. The room was perfect very clean and I never watch cable but they had very amazing cable interesting to watch. The parking was very convenient. I would definitely recommend and I would recommend to others!

Great for the price, super close to just about any tourist destination in mind when traveling to Monterey, Carmel, Big Sur, etc. Parking is super convenient as well as check in being quick and efficient. Only reason for 4 star rating is the comfort of the bed, while the mattress itself is very nice the sheets are a little rough and when traveling the city in jam packed days the one thing you wanna return to is a comfortable bed. Other than that a great affordable place to stay when staying in Monterey!

Nice quaint little place to stay with good value. Room has modern upgrades. It is small inside but comfortable. Our family of 6 stayed in a room that 2 double beds and then one queen in a side separate room. The beds were comfortable. The owner was pleasant and attentive. Parking is tight but totally fine. It was nice to be walking distance from a shopping mall. We would stay here again.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights and upon arriving we were pleasantly surprised at how clean and nice the room was. We booked the suite that has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. It was very comfortable for our family of 3. Check in was easy and the gentlemen in the front was pretty nice. The parking lot is very tight so if you have a large vehicle, it might be an issue but for us it was ok. The beds were comfy and the room has a larger fridge so that was a plus. The hotel is right across the street from shopping and a Whole Foods. I would have given a higher rating, but our 3rd night the owners family (we were right next to them) was very loud and made a lot of noise from about 11:00pm to 11:40pm, talking very loudly and banging around loudly. We were trying to sleep and were unable to, due to them being so loud. Pros: cleanliness, large fridge and microwave. Comfy beds and the price was great. Cons: Parking lot is pretty tight and being kept up by a lot of noise. Overall I think this hotel is a good for the price.

Property was great, just a short walk from the mall and food options. However the room was a little dirty (floor had some spots), the sink had a big crack in it but other than that it was great for the price. Would stay again 🙂

It’s my mini vacation walking distance to the Mall

Padre Oaks always accommodates my request, very nice staff and owners. Housekeeping very clean and parking space close by your room if they can accommodate your requests.
