My birthday and fathers Day

My husband and I went with our daughter son in law and 2 granddaughters. We booked 2 rooms and had mentioned one of the girls was 4 months. They were so kind to put us on the ground floor. The staff were very friendly. Made sure we had enough towels and asked how everything was when we checked out. My 6 year old granddaughter told them the pool was too cold. She apologized profusely and said she would make sure to check on that.
