The pools were nice. Staff in bar and restaurant were exceptionally friendly. The outside property is a mess. Unkept and trashy. The walkways to rooms are tattered and ripped. First impression pulling up is scary but once inside its ok.

Great 8 mineral water pools. All with different temperature so everyone can find right water. Staff: great and friendy.men and women working around the clock to keep place clean.Great restaurant ,great food.great bar karaoke. Will come again and will recommend this place to our friends

The ice machine was broken. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was hair in the sink. Upon arrival in our room and one of the pool spas was not even being filtered. It was broken property definitely needs upgraded.

First time there and the system was down. There were no pool towels and we were told they will have more available in a little while. One hour later, no towels. The food at the restaurant was good. Service was good. We had a room next to people who had a dog and kept us up with their dog running and occasionally barking. If you're allergic to pets, stay at a hotel that does not allow pets. I should've done my research. I was not aware this was a pet friendly hotel. I love pets but I just wanted to relax. It would've helped if they had a pet free side hotel.

Dirty room

We were greeted great by Brandy. We went to our room where my husband turned on the AC it was full of dust and the room wasn’t dusted either. Shower was not clean either. We went to the desk and told Brandy about our situation. She then asked if We Would like To change rooms we said yes and she made It work to having our room changed. Went to the other room and with my husband having bad allergies it was still Dusty and bathtub and floors not clean. Had to go tell front desk again room . Had the housekeeper go clean it while we went out for lunch. Came back room was finally clean.

What a surprising delight in the desert. A real vacation spot, even for the day! Nice big room, comfy beds, wonderful onsight restaurant, pools, gift shop and the feeling of old time fun, family and joy! A great escape here in our desert backyard!!

First, the lady at front seat had me and others waiting for over 20 minutes, then I get to the room and attempted to close the door and it would not close and catch to the wall. So security /maintenance came from their other building next door and he said to push and pick up the door, and to finish it off I wake up and go towards the door and see the sunlight underneath the door….crazy how they will charge the $$$$ but don't invest in maintaining this property and a few more things happened on my stay but to long to type end of it all bad experience and wont stay again

A forgotten treasure

Both properties are hidden treasures, a bit down at the heel but, no less wonderful. Both restaurants serve excellent food for remarkably economical prices. And the spas, mineral water pools, and massage services are all excellent. I could easily spend a week just soaking in the springs here.

I stayed in room 217. The fan in the bathroom is falling from the ceiling. The shower did not drain very well. As for the rest of the place, i enjoyed very much. Great drinks,food and amazing bartender Sabrina.
