DHS Hotel is the only one in DHS with multiple tubs and different temps so the facility stands out. Staff was unusually helpful. This was the first time there was the smell of sulfur in the room (it's a mineral spring); it went away eventually.

I hate resort fees! Unless Im in Vegas I dont want to see them. Also, they seem to be having some issues with heating the soaking pools. 2 had heating issues and one had a garden hose with hot water going to it. Just seems like some work needs to be done. Overall, a nice trip

The walkway on the way to the room had missing carpet. Parking lot had cars that looked abandoned. We requested a room to accommodate our dog. When we opened the door, it smelled like urine. We asked for a refund and left. Still waiting for the refund to post on my account.
