Love this place， the hot springs are very nice, unfortunately, the only problem that the carpet in our room has a really bad smell, I smell the stinky socks all night which was literally a torture, the other room that my family stayed in was fine, there's hard woods on the floor, no problem.

I was a bit disappointed with this resort. It was hard to find a parking spot in the evening when we arrived. Receptionists were not really helpful. Also the hotel’s hallways have stinky dirty carpet that wasn’t replaced from the day it was opened. Pool and hot tubs were pretty good. Room was ok.

We stayed at this resort for few nights and overall was nice, but we had some issue with the water insight the room. First day we arrived, we only had hot water in the bathroom. The next day we ended up only with cold water and couldn't even take the shower. At the end they were able to resolve the problem . (It was passed 11 pm). We forgot to ask the name of that person who was dealing with the water issues that late. He did everything he could do in order to accommodate us. Just wanted to say Thank You😊🙏
