A very nice property with good dining options. Unfortunately our room had no air conditioning After four different attempts to fix it our room was left by workers with open air conditioning crawl spaces and dirty towels when we returned late in the evening. Both nights our room temp was in the 80s A small adjustment was made to our bill but it was disappointing especially since I overheard other guests commenting as well on the lack of air. Best to visit when temps aren’t hot

Scam city !!!!!

Well I cancelled the trip the before the cancellation policy and they were supposed to not charge me but they charged me full fare and taxes as though I stayed there. They have been giving me the run around and won’t respond to email or phone calls! Rip off beware!!!

Great location and architecture. Submitted a review and never heard back as my cup in my room I used still had some type of cleaning chemicals on it and had the most horrible taste. The front desk sent up a new cup but the place definitely left a bad taste in my mouth for real.

This beautiful and historic property has been on my list of places to stay ever since I started going there to see their absolutely stunning Christmas lights every year. It did not disappoint - the common spaces had hidden gems around the property. I highly recommend taking all the staircases to discover the tiny doors, gorgeous historic furniture displays, and views into the courtyard from each vantage point. The beds are firm and the linens quite soft and silky. Our room on the fourth floor had skylights in both the room and the bathroom, which was lovely and unusual. Our room opened into a common walkway, which overlooked the pool. The room itself was nice, but as an historic hotel, the bathroom was fairly basic.

So welcoming and nice staff, very unique and Iconic environment. Dayan (hopefully I am spelling her name correctly) was so helpful, caring and perfect during check in time. We had a great time with kids in overall specially in pool area.
