This hotel is a gem on prime location! Modern luxury setting. Room size is good. So many great restaurants and coffee shops just steps away. 2nd floor library and bar area is perfect place to chat with friends.

Romantic Weekend Getaway

Romantic getaway to downtown Palo Alto. Enjoyed visiting. Art Galleries, Palo Alto Code Art Festival and the Cantor Museum. There are so many great restaurants in the area too! The staff was so kind and helpful and welcomed us with a bottle of champagne and Strawberries for our 30th wedding anniversary.

The property is lovely and well maintained. I am not quite sure how it is a 5 star property. There is no in room coffee/tea. It is provided by the elevator from 6-10. Not ideal. There is no complementary bottled water. There is limited room service. The staff was very nice.
