I had made a mistake 2 years ago and forgot to cancel my reservation, 100% my fault. They were incredibly nice and didn't charge me for my room, even though they had every right to. This was our next trip to Napa from Minnesota, and made sure we (2 couples) stayed there to thank them for their kindness. Great location for a wine trip. All the staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was very nice...coffee, juice, milk, a few hot items, cereal, coffee cake, fresh fruit, cookies at 6:00 pm. Rooms were very clean, dated... but the hotel had a very warm "homey" feel to it Would absolutely stay there again.

It was a bit noisy, it is located on a traffic circle, otherwise location is great. Breakfast was ok, its free with your stay. Overall its clean, nice location to downtown. We walked each morning to oxbow market and its a beautiful walk with lots of coffee options along the way.
