Renovations are going on at the hotel, but that didn’t negatively affect our stay. The facilities are very nice. Made to order breakfast (complimentary) and Grill were both good. We paid up to have a patio suite. Made it easy to take our dog in and out. We were not fans of the hotel parking charge. But other hotels we stayed at in California seem to do the same thing.

We booked one of the rooms with the private fire pit on the courtyard. The room was so spacious with so many amenities we craved. (wet bar, soaking tub, Dyson dryer, and door between living area and bedroom) We were close to downtown Napa and could easily walk. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast and happy hour every day. After spending the day at a winery we chose a nice bottle and hit the nearby public market for snacks. We would start a fire, listen to the music that piped through the courtyard while drinking wine in the comfort of our patio. The staff was readily available when we ran out of propane or needed umbrellas for the rainy day. Highly recommend this hotel if that's the vibe your going for!!

There were 4 of us in a room with 2 queen beds. The room was spacious and comfortable. We didn’t feel crowded or on top of each other during our stay! We loved sitting by the fire pit and talking to other guests! Can’t wait to see the property when the remodeling is done.

This suite was great except they were renovating and the construction was next to my room. Besides that the place was really good.

The place at this time is under some renovation. The check-in was easy and the receptionist was nice and informative. When we entered our room, it was clean and well kept. The amenities were very modern. The bathroom was stunning with that striking bathtub central to our view as you walk in. It was emphasized by the window that overlooked the front/parking lot. The toilet was high tech bidet type where everything was electrified, wven the flush and lid opener/closer. This was complemented by the frosted glass that separated the toilet and entire bathroom. The King bed was definitely spacious and had in front of it, a 65 inch led television. The bed had a led lit base that comes on softly. A wine bar provided the beverage center in the room. All this was impressive. When we walked to get breakfast, there were visual displays around the perimeter of the place that depicted the plans for the renovation. They seem to have a huge plan for what's to come for this location. All this was exceptional. One drawback we had; we had no hot water. No hot water to try out that amazing tub. The hot water was essentially luke warm. Since we stayed just the night, didnt take a shower fearing we'd freeze in it. Hopefully they'll address the hot water issue as they progress in their renovation

Of all the places I have visited this past year, this property was by far the best. Even though they are going through some major renovations they made it as convenient as possible for the guests. David at the front desk was a delight. And what can I say about the bathroom in my suite! Oh how’s about,AWESOME!!! Embassy Suites has by far outdone itself. Thank you

I was very disappointed that Expedia did not tell us that the hotel was under construction. A lot of amenities/services were unavailable. Fortunately, the hotel did upgrade our room. However, if we had known the hotel was under construction, we would’ve stayed somewhere else.

The problem was the hotel was under construction and not disclosed when reserving the room. Paid a market price for the room, very inconvenient getting to breakfast and happy hours. Construction should have disclosed or rates reduced to justify the inconvenience.
