Although I called the hotel prior to booking to ensure I could get a ground floor room due mobility and breathing issues, unfortunately there were none available at time of arrival. Other than that, the hotel was nice, quiet, in what seemed to be a safe area and the staff were polite.

The indoor pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was good too. The pillows were too soft and were not comfortable and we heard noises welll past 9pm. Kids could not sleep well.
