This home has 4 bedrooms all down the hall in the back of the unit. One with 2 twin beds and the other 3 with queen beds. There is a hallway bathroom and also an en suite bathroom within one of the bedrooms.
Balboa is a quaint, small beach town consisting of only 3 small blocks adjacent to the Balboa Pier. Here you can peruse the shops, restaurants, bars, and the Fun Zone. Take in the views off of the Balboa Pier, rent a bike or a kayak, or go whale watching or deep sea fishing from the many boats that leave the Balboa harbor daily. There is no fire pit on the property, but there are plenty of pits on the beach to use. The upper unit guest have access to the beach from the small gate on the side of the patio.
