While the unit itself does not offer ocean views, it provides the added privacy of a rear location, along with the beach lifestyle right at your fingertips. You'll be perfectly positioned between the Newport and Balboa Piers, surrounded by the area's vibrant energy and countless nearby attractions. This is one of three fully furnished units on the property, which can also be booked together (when available) to accommodate larger family groups throughout the year. Here's what you'll find:

All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

- Two back-to-front carport parking spaces, which can accommodate most vehicles (76" clearance for one space, no height restriction for 1 space).
- There is also general neighborhood street parking (metered, unmetered and pay-station).

LOCATION:
Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access of Newport's beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling and sight-seeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops. Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world famous Christmas Boat Parade.

ALSO:

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, rollaway twin beds, and much more! Contact us for more information

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
