first, they double billed me for the room and am currently struggling to get it adjusted. Just try to reach a person. Needed to speak to someone about likely late arrivals; it took 30 minutes on hold to accomplish this. breakfast is good if you like lots of suger in everything.Otherwise, standard condition.

The $50 parking was a very unpleasant surprise. I would not have stayed there if I had known. I could not cancel reservation or I would have. The noise from the club was very loud. could not sleep. The water dispenser filters should be changed at 5,000 bottles. They are at 10,000 and above.

Good value. Central location, close to BART for SF commute and various fun Oakland neighborhoods. Breakfast included. The gym has nice equipment. The valet parking is expensive but it's nice to have the car secure. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will continue to book here when in the area.

Ok. So...the air is fresh inside, had a melt down in Internet funtions, that was not in any bodys control. So, other than that? 100% passing grade Kudos to this facility
