They do a great job with hospitality & cleanliness at this property. We continue to stay here primarily due to it's location to the school, convenience & they take dogs. The staff in every area are wonderful & accommodating. We're loyal to this hotel for all of those reasons. The parking is expensive though...

It had a great breakfast selection. I personally loved the extra sauces/toppings for the hot breakfast. My kids liked the yogurts. We arrived very late and were placed in a single queen and sofa bed room instead of the two queen and sofa bed room we booked. The next morning, we mentioned it to the front desk. They offered to switch rooms, but we were only there one more night, so they offered us some bonvoy points instead. At the end of our stay, they let us grab a few drinks. Great customer service!
