STR Guest Responsibilities:
1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties.
2. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children).
3. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and 10pm.
4. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises as defined in Section 38.17 of the Oceanside City Code shall be prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 10am.

Awesome experience

We loved this property. It was everything we thought it'd be and more. It's a block from the beach and within walking distance to several fantastic restaurants and the harbour. We especially loved the rooftop bar and hot tub. It was very relaxing with a great view of the ocean. The property was well stocked and the property manager Tim was friendly and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back!

Lots of charm - great location

The best part of this rental was the location. The jacuzzi on top of the place was also clean and perfect temperature. The couches in the living room may look uncomfortable in the pictures, but in person they were very comfy and it was convenient that they could be made into beds.

We enjoyed a great extended weekend at this property. Everything from coordinating with the Owner, to easy access to the property, great amenities, the roof-top deck with spectacular ocean views, the clean and inviting hot tub, and easy access to the beach and Oceanside pier. All in all, a perfect 10 vacation!

Property was great. Loved the upper deck. Plenty of space inside, very clean and had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc. it is a short distance to the ocean but not near a sandy beach. Towards the pier is a beach area with playgrounds not too far away. I appreciated the Manager providing an overview of the place no guess work required.

The home is multi level and very nice. The property manager met us there to show us everything and give us keys and garage remote. It does only have one parking spot in the garage and the rest is on the street. it is very close to the beach. the home comes with beach chairs, boogey boards, umbrellas, and sand toys which was awesome. the kitchen is fully stocked with all pots pans and utensils. has a nice dining area. and a beautiful rooftop patio with the jacuzzi which was perfect for evening sunsets.

Great stay

This was a great property in Oceanside. Rooftop deck and hot tub were definitely a bonus. It has good space. They had 3 boogie boards, several beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys to use. Property managers were very accommodating and helpful. Only downsides are that it is right across from the railroad track so there is some noise and the waterfront closest to the property is large rocks so we loaded up the car and drove to the beach. I would stay there again.

Excellent view and proximity

Great property with close proximity to the beach front and pier. The view and jacuzzi on this property are unique and the major selling point IMO - few other properties in the area can tout this and we took full advantage. Tim, the owner of the complex, is very thorough and kind. Part of the check in process is meeting with him as he walks you through the house, hardly a hastle in the least, it was incredibly helpful. Tons of beach equipment and beach towels provided. The garage fit our suburban just fine. We had a great time - thank you!

Stayed here for San Diego Surf Cup Soccer Tournament

Stayed at this property as a family for our son’s soccer tournament. Convenient location - minutes from the beach, downtown ocean side and 20 mins away from the Surf Cup fields. The rooftop jacuzzi and seating area were a cherry on top for this property. Super clean, cozy and convenient! Tim, the manager, is the best at communicating. Thank you!

Great stay!

We loved our stay at this home and the rooftop did not disappoint! So relaxing to go up in the morning with coffee and later to enjoy the sunset. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and we appreciated that the house was away from crowds, but not too far to walk to restaurants and attractions. I will say that there are a lot of steps in the house as it is a townhouse, but our legs got used to that quickly. This was a great place and we're looking forward to visiting and staying again!

Best Place to be staying Oceanside

This place was super AMAZING. the view from the top patio nis all ocean, drink your morning coffee up there, along with the wonderful hot tub. The kitchen, dining, and living room were all equally wonderful and is large enough to handle a big family experience. The beds are super comfy, and the [lace is clean, clean. clean. You have a pass for street parking and a space in the underground garage. It is perfect. You are one block from the ocean, take a walk down to the Strand and feel the waves lapping up against the rocks, the spray in the air cleaning out your worries and stress. Plenty of restaurants and breweries around, cute stores and the beach is large, clean and beautiful. There is no a better place that this gated and secure home in Oceanside. You will thank you lucky stars. I would give the whole place 10 stars if I could. You come, you'll see.

A view from above!

This home was the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Oceanside. I went with my beastie and our two teenage boys. There was plenty of space and privacy for all of us. The rooftop is incredible. I spent every morning up there with coffee and the sound of waves crashing. In the evenings it was wine and beautiful sunsets along with some jacuzzi time. I loved that we could walk to everything which we did. Timothy was great and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay!

The house is nice and big. We had adults in the bedrooms and a couple of teenagers in the living room on the futons. It was great to have the beach chairs and boogie boards provided. I do thing the shower curtains need to be changed out more often. Other than that, it was great. The roof top patio was wonderful!!
